Pick-up is usually around 3:00 AM, or 2:00 AM on busy days. If you need a different pick-up time due to your school’s curfew, please contact us in advance.

You can ask your guide to stop at Jollibee or 7-Eleven to buy breakfast and drinks. If not requested, we’ll head straight to Oslob.

Upon arrival in Oslob, you’ll receive a short briefing on whale shark safety guidelines. Then, collect your snorkeling mask and life jacket before heading out to swim with the whale sharks!

A 2–3 minute boat ride takes you to the whale sharks. Enjoy around 30 minutes of snorkeling with these gentle giants!

Tour Operation Policy
・Tours operate rain or shine.
・If the tour is canceled in advance by the operator due to a typhoon or other weather conditions, a full refund will be provided.
・Tour prices depend on the number of participants. If the group size changes on the tour day, the full amount based on the original booking party size must still be paid.
Transportation Information
・Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a suitcase. We recommend leaving it at your hotel or arranging a larger vehicle for an additional fee.
・Pick-up and drop-off at language schools and Airbnb accommodations are available upon request.
・The tour itinerary may change depending on conditions on the day.
・Return times are approximate and may vary depending on traffic and road conditions.
Important Information for Participants
・Pregnant guests, seniors, and those with disabilities or pre-existing medical conditions, such as heart disease, must consult us before booking.
・All participants must be in good physical and mental health and have valid overseas travel insurance, including credit card travel insurance. Guests without travel insurance cannot join the tour.
・If sudden bad weather or changes in local conditions prevent us from visiting a scheduled attraction, we may adjust the itinerary or refund the entrance fee for any attraction we are unable to visit.
GoPro Information
・Please download the GoPro Quik app on your smartphone before the tour to receive your free GoPro photos and videos.
Payment Information
・Tour payments must be made in cash in Philippine pesos (PHP).
・If you choose to pay on the day of the tour, please exchange your Japanese yen into Philippine pesos in advance. If needed, your guide can take you to a 24-hour currency exchange along the way. Please let your guide know on the day of the tour.
Lost Items
・Please check your seat and surrounding area for personal belongings, such as wallets, cameras, and other small items, before leaving the vehicle.
・If any items are left behind, an additional transportation fee may apply to return them to you. Thank you for your understanding.
Join-in Tour
Join-in Tour Information
This tour operates as a join-in tour only. Please read the following information carefully before booking.
・Transportation: You will share a vehicle with other guests.
・Guide: One Japanese-speaking guide will accompany the tour.
・GoPro Rental: One free GoPro is provided per vehicle.
・Pick-Up Time & Transportation: Pick-up times and the order of pick-ups vary depending on your accommodation (language school, dormitory, etc.) and the day's route. Your final pick-up time will be provided one day before the tour.
・Minimum Participants: The tour operates when at least 4 guests have booked the same tour on the same date.
・Luggage & Airport Transfers: If you bring large luggage, such as suitcases, or require airport transfers, a private tour will be arranged to ensure safe and comfortable transportation.
If the Minimum Number of Participants Is Not Met
・If fewer than 4 guests book the same tour on the same date, and the join-in tour cannot operate, we will contact you by 3:00 PM on the day before the tour. You may then choose one of the following options:
1. Join the Tour at the Rate Based on Your Group Size
・1 pax PHP 11,000 per person
・2 pax: PHP 5,700 per person
・3 pax: PHP 4,200 per person
2. Reschedule Your Tour
・We will help you arrange an alternative date.
3. Cancel Free of Charge
